Dr. Nikki Green has been providing patients with exceptional comprehensive and cosmetic dental care since 2003. A West Texas native, Dr. Green obtained her Bachelor of Biology degree from Texas A&M University and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch in Houston. Dr. Green thrives on staying on the cutting-edge of dentistry. Thus, she completes hundreds of continuing education hours each and every year with a special emphasis on Cosmetic Dentistry and the latest dental techniques and technology.
Most recently Dr. Green has become a member of the Spear Faculty Club, which is an exclusive group of dentists who have completed the Frank Spear Mastery Continuum, who now assist and mentor other doctors during the Spear Education process. During this course of study, Dr. Green has honed her skills in the detection and prevention of dental disease, the treatment of simple and complex occlusal disorders, as well as enhanced her ability to provide for you a beautiful and natural looking smile.

Dr. Robert Leedy has been providing his patients with the very best in clinical dentistry since 1985. The last 17 years of his practice have been devoted primarily to Complex Full Mouth Rehabilitation and Dental Implants. He joins our practice two days a week to provide this same level of service to our patients, right here in Fort Worth.
Dr. Leedy received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. While you know Dr. Leedy will always provide the very best in dental care for you and your family, you can also rest assured he will always put you at ease with the telling of a joke or an upbeat whistle to the tunes on the radio.

After growing up in a Cincinnati family that included two general dentists and two orthodontists, Dr. Caitlin Flosi chose to continue the tradition by pursuing her love of dentistry. She began to consider Fort Worth home as she worked toward her Bachelor’s degree at Texas Christian University. Dr. Flosi earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry and is delighted to be returning to Fort Worth.

Dr. Flosi enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and using advanced technology and the latest dental techniques to create a personalized dental experience for each individual patient. Her favorite aspects of dentistry are helping her patients feel more relaxed at the dentist, watching their self-confidence grow and seeing them start to smile more. Her patient-focused approach makes her a perfect fit for our team at FWCFD.
In her free time, Dr. Flosi loves attending TCU football games and discovering new restaurants with her husband, Jake. She also enjoys skiing, drawing, taking Pilates and barre classes, and walking her Golden Retriever, Sadie.
Jeré has been in dentistry over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge. Because of her extensive knowledge, Jeré is a key player in onboarding all new team members. She has recently taken on a new role as Business Manager, assisting Dr. Green with all financial aspects of the business. Jeré also works with you and your insurance company to ensure we have correct benefit information, claims are accurate and that your claims are paid in a timely manner. If you have any questions regarding your insurance or treatment, Jeré would be more than happy to answer them for you. Jeré has a very energetic, comical six-year-old that keeps her busy. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. In her free time, you might find her cuddled up with a good book.
We are so excited to have Tonya in our office! She comes to us recently retiring from a 37 year career as a registered nurse. Most of Tonya’s day is spent helping to improve our practice development. She is always an encouragement to our team, and we can always rely on her to assist wherever she is needed. She loves meeting new people and building relationships. Away from the office, Tonya is the proud mother of two daughters (Dr. Green being one of them!), and has three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Jessica has been in the dental industry for over 14 years, bringing a whole new level of experience to our team. She received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from the College of Southern Nevada, and she has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for seven years now. Jessica is our hygienist with a gentle touch. She takes her time with each patient, ensuring they understand their oral health. Her charming personality and steady hands make her patients’ cleanings an enjoyable experience. In her spare time, she enjoys doing CrossFit, playing Frisbee golf and spending time outdoors with her family. Jessica has been married to her husband, Bruce, for almost ten years and they have two adorable babies, Logan (2) and Landrie (1).
Kelci is a Registered Dental Hygienist that joined our office in the summer of 2011. She is a graduate of Howard College. She lights up the room with her positive outlook and radiant smile! Her compassionate attitude and efficiency take the stress away from her patients’ visits. Kelci and her husband Dave, who is a Weatherford Firefighter, have two dogs, Roadie and Allie that they adore and spoil rotten! In her free time, she loves doing anything athletic, including running and a slight addiction to CrossFit.
Denell has been in the dental industry for over 12 years. She began her dental career as a receptionist and then moved on to dental assisting. She graduated in 2014 from Tarrant County College with her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Denell enjoys building relationships and really getting to know her patients. She has a gift of putting her patients at ease while in her chair. She enjoys educating patients on their oral health and seeing the improvements. Denell and her husband Brian stay busy with three daughters, one grandson and all of their outdoor hobbies including boating, jet skiing, rock crawling with their 4×4 truck and riding their Harley. She enjoys living in the country away from the hustle of city life!
Crystal is our “Go to Gal”, as she is helpful in every aspect imaginable in our dental office. She joined us straight out of dental assisting school and has been with us for two years now. Her animated spirit will have you smiling in no time! She loves her cats, and in her free time, she likes to hang out with her boyfriend!
Kylee attended Kaplan College and has been a registered dental assistant for 4 years. When asked what her favorite thing is about being a dental assistant at FWCFD, she answered “To be in an environment that not only allows me to carry out my passion for helping others, but also take part in helping create beautiful healthy smiles.” We are truly lucky to have Kylee and her compassion for people and attitude toward dentistry. She is extremely family oriented, and outside of dentistry that is where her heart is. She stays busy with her 2 young girls and their activities. They enjoy spending time outdoors and enjoy helping in the community.
Kelli is a registered dental assistant graduating from Kaplan College almost 10 years ago. Kelli gets the most satisfaction out of her job when we change a person’s smile giving them back the confidence they may have lost from being embarrassed from their smile. Kelli is truly happy when they see their new smile and cry tears of joy. Her team enjoys her high energy and ability to motivate. Away from work, Kelli stays busy with her son who plays select baseball and her daughter who takes gymnastics. Her and her husband enjoy spending time with friends and family cooking out, fishing, or being on the water any time as they can.
Amber has worked in dentistry for five years. She started as a Dental Assistant, then went back to school to achieve a higher level degree, and now works as our Patient Services Coordinator. Amber’s favorite thing about her job is patient relationships—being able to help someone feel better about themselves. She loves watching patients gain more confident smiles. When she’s not in the office helping patients, Amber loves to travel, volunteer, spend time with her teenage daughter, and play sand volleyball.
Jackie has worked in dentistry for 15 years, starting as a surgical assistant at an oral surgeon’s office. She then went on to get her RDA for dental assisting and now works as our Patient Services and Treatment Coordinator. Jackie loves helping patients and seeing the results they achieve from our outstanding care. Jackie is married and her two kids take up most of her time with their sports activities. When she’s not in the office helping patients or toting her kids to their next game, she loves to travel and go camping, as well as hanging with family and friends.
Bethany graduated from Pueblo Community College in 2012, and has worked in dentistry for six years. She began her journey in healthcare 15 years ago working in the ophthalmology field. She loved the “eye field” but had a great dentist and hygienist that inspired her to ultimately pursue dentistry. Bethany feels that her diverse experience in healthcare has given her a strong focus in whole body health. For Bethany, the best part about dentistry is having the ability to make a significant impact on a person’s overall health and confidence. Not many professions can accomplish both, and it is a huge honor to contribute to our patient’s physical and emotional wellness. When she’s not in the office, Bethany enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children. Their goal is to see the beach and the mountains every year. She also loves coffee, living a healthy lifestyle, food, music and interesting books.
Angie began her career in dentistry as a Registered Dental Assistant and dental assisting teacher in 1995. She enjoys being our New Patient Coordinator and managing our social media. Angie’s favorite part of her career is building relationships and advocating for patients, helping them overcome dental fears and achieve the smiles they’ve always wanted. She takes pride in getting to know her patients well and helping them feel as comfortable as possible.
Angie is married to her best friend, Monty. They are recent empty nesters after raising three amazing children together. Angie and Monty enjoy their family time, being involved in their church home teaching an adult special needs class, following Texas Ranger Baseball, grilling, and swimming in their backyard oasis!
Jessica has been providing exceptional patient care as a Dental Assistant for 6 years following graduation from Concorde Career College. She loves building trust with patients and working closely with the doctors to fulfill patients’ dental needs. Jessica’s greatest career joy is watching smile transformations completely change a patient’s self-confidence and spirit for the better.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Jesse, and her three cats, Oscar, Jack, and Edward. When she’s not snuggling with her cats, she stays active outdoors hiking, hanging at Eagle Mountain Lake, or floating the river. Jessica’s guilty pleasure is heading up to Winstar or the local bingo hall to do a little gambling.
Originally from New Mexico, Gloria has been a Registered Dental Assistant since graduating from Pima Medical Institute in Albuquerque in 2002. Her favorite part of her job is being able to make a difference in our patients’ lives every day.
Gloria has a 17-year-old son, Zi, and Cajun pit bull furbaby named Boudreaux. She spends much of her free time outside work going to movies with Zi and watching him play football and run track. Gloria is also an avid sports fan who loves just hanging out with her boyfriend, Aric, watching football and basketball with friends and family. She also tries to get back home to New Mexico to visit as often as she can.
Though she didn’t start out in the dental industry, Sharla has been a customer service professional for more than 20 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration from the University of North Texas and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas A&M. She worked as an academic advisor for 5 years, assisting college athletes with academic progress toward NCAA requirements and career planning.
Life changes brought Sharla back home to Texas, where she began building a new career in Sales and Business Development. Her most recent role was Vice President of Sales leading a team of 40 brand representatives across North America. Sharla is extremely passionate about building and developing effective teams and is having a blast in her new role helping her best friend, Dr. Green, grow FWCFD to be the go-to dental practice in Fort Worth.
Sharla spends much of her free time with her husband Joe, and they enjoy beach vacations, bourbon, cigars, watching college football, and playing board games with the family.
Tallie has worked as a Medical Assistant since 2011 and joined the fun at FWCFD in 2014. She is our Jill-of-all-trades and learns new things daily, from helping Jere’ with insurance claims to working in the model room. Tallie isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty–she pours impressions for the lab and makes whitening trays, retainers, and nightguards. She is involved in some of the first steps toward our patients’ joyful journeys to better oral health and enjoys being a positive part of these life-changing dental experiences.
When Tallie is away from the office, she and her husband, Richard, are very active wrangling the three beautiful and silly young girls God has blessed them with: Mollie, Magnolia, and Madison.
We love our teammates so much that we even hang out outside of business hours. Every few months we pick a fun place to go and enjoy ourselves. We call this “Team Time” that gives us a chance to really get to know each other and build our relationships even stronger. Team Time helps with the office morale and teamwork, to give you the best, most friendly and professional service we possibly can.
